Francesco Fasani (PhD University College London) is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods of the University of Milan “Statale”, which he joined in 2021. He was previously employed as a Reader at the School of Economics and Finance, Queen Mary - University of London, (in 2013-2021) and as Researcher at the Institute for Economic Analysis (IAE-CSIC) in Barcelona and Affiliated Professor at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (in 2010-2013). He is a Research Fellow at CEPR (Centre for Economic Policy Research), CReAM (Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration) and IZA (Institute for the Study of Labor; Bonn). His main research interests are in Labour Economics, Applied Microeconometrics, the Economics of Migration and of Crime.
