Guido Ferrarini graduated from the Genoa Law School in 1972 and obtained an LL.M. from Yale Law School in 1978. He is Professor of Business Law and Capital Markets Law at the University of Genoa and Director, Centre for Law and Finance. He is Vice-Chairman of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), Brussels. He is the author of various books and articles in the fields of financial law, corporate law, and business law.
