Economist and Trade Policy Analyst at Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD)

Jane Korinek is an Economist and Trade Policy Analyst in the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). She leads the OECD’s work on inclusive trade. Her recent policy research examines how trade impacts women and men differently, and how trade policies can support women’s economic empowerment. Previous research has been in areas such as regulation of extractive industries, circular economy, global value chains, services, regional trade agreements, trade costs and trade finance. Jane is a Canadian and American national. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Duke University and graduate degree in International Economic Policy from Stanford University.
