Kosali Simon

Herman Wells Professor at Indiana University

Kosali Simon, a health economist, is Herman Wells Professor at Indiana University, Bloomington IN, O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and also the Associate Vice Provost of Health Sciences for the campus. She studies impacts of state and federal health policies on health and related outcomes. She is Editor of Journal of Health Economics (JHE), and co-editor of Journal of Human Resources, and currently serving as Vice President of Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM). She is a Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER).
