Nina Leheyda

Nina Leheyda is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Leuven. She obtained her Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Mannheim and specialises in the areas of empirical industrial organisation and competition policy. Her recent research looks at state aid in times of the last financial and economic crisis, competitive effects of vertical relationships and market screening for cartels. She has worked for several consulting projects on innovation and competition policy for institutional and private clients, especially as related to the automobile and pharmaceutical industries.
