Dr. Wang has participated in research projects that are funded by the US government or other organizations to investigate the impact of various influences on social welfare or individuals’ smoking related outcomes. The influences studied include people’s risk perceptions of tobacco products and exposure to smoking related advertising, and various tobacco control polices such as policies on warning labels and flavor availability for traditional and electronic cigarettes.
