Zeina Hasna is an Economist (EP) at the International Monetary Fund. Her first rotation was in the Structural and Climate Policies Division at the Research Department, and her second is on the Egypt desk at the Middle East and Central Asia Department. Prior to joining the Fund, Zeina worked as an economic analyst at the World Bank – Mashreq office covering Jordan, Iraq, and Lebanon. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge. Her main research interests are in macroeconomics and environment economics.
