Hélia Costa

Economist at Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD)

Hélia Costa is an Economist at the Structural Policy Analysis division of the OECD Economics Department. She has previously worked at the Environment and Economics Integration division. Before joining the OECD she worked as a research fellow at the London School of Economics, the Toulouse School of Economics, and the University of Oxford. She holds a PhD from the European University Institute, in Italy. Her main areas of interest are environmental economics, productivity and firm dynamics, and political economy.
